.Cricket session - fielding, bowling and batting.
Tennis - aiming, balancing and accuracy skills being covered through a range of games.
Many skills covered, through tennis, javelin and skipping.
Spring 4
Week 6 - circuit training and lots more
Week 5 - choosing a range of punches
Week 3 and 4 - Going through a number of different punches and looking at body positioning.
Week 2 - working through punches 1,2,3 and 4
Week One - Looking at footwork, positioning of arms and body and balance.
Festive Sports = Festive Fun
Tennis again tonight the children loved it last week and a Javelin throwing competition.
Activities to keep us moving tonight. The children decided on Tennis and Netball.
First session - many activities to keep us warm in the colder weather.
Autumn 2
Indoor activities, due to the weather. Balancing and 'Ground Football'
Juggling - learning how to juggle using bean bags.
Football skills - kicking, aiming, defending, striking

Sports Club
Sports Club is a time to relax and unwind through exercise. Each week sports club covers a variety of sports . The children are given the opportunity to choose a range of sports to play and lead, inside or out depending on the weather.
