Handling complaints during the coronavirus (COVID-19 outbreak)
The DfE have acknowledged that the pressures caused by coronavirus (COVID-19) might affect a schools’ usual processes and timescales for complaints. We will however continue to consider all complaints and will continue to engage with our parents and pupils should they have any cause for complaint.
Our usual complaints procedure will apply through the coronavirus outbreak, but please be advised that timescales may be affected. We will keep you updated of any possible delays as the procedure progresses.
