We just wanted to send a very heartfelt thanks to you both. We were so proud reading his end of year report. But also thought it was thoughtfully written. As I have said to you before there is such a positive change in xxx over the last year and we credit this to you both for engaging him in a way that just gets him. The fact he so proactively reads now and writes without expressing frustration is down to your hard work. He has loved how you have made learning fun especially maths. We feel you have both got a real sense of what he is about and whilst you helped him with what's tricky you have clearly also continued to help him excel in what he does best. We wish you a very wonderful summer!

 

I just wanted to send you an email to say a very big thank you, xxx and I have loved every moment with you both. Thank you for everything you both have done, making xxx and I smile and mainly giving xxx a fantastic year in xxx Class. Seeing how happy xxx is coming to school each day is amazing and puts my mind at ease each day. He has learnt, loved and laughed with you both and is always eager to come and tell me about his day. So thank you from the bottom of my heart for this. It was easier to send you both this email as I’m not good with words in person, but honestly he’s had an amazing, fun year with you both and we will never forget the love and care you both gave him. I’m sure he’s going to miss xxx class a lot but will hold onto the memories he’s created with you both and the class😊. 

 

As xxx reaches the end of her primary school journey and prepares to begin secondary school, I wanted to take a moment to express our deepest gratitude to each and every one of you who has been part of her life over the past seven years. 

It is hard to put into words just how much your kindness, patience, encouragement, and dedication have meant to our family. You have done so much more than teach lessons from books—you have helped shape her confidence, nurtured her curiosity, celebrated her successes, and supported her through challenges. The care and commitment you show every day often go unseen, but the impact you have on the children in your classrooms lasts a lifetime.

Looking back, we realise that every teacher she has had has played a unique role in helping her become the wonderful young person she is today. Each of you has left a mark on her journey, and we will always be grateful for the time, energy, and love you invested in her.

As parents, there is no greater comfort than knowing your child has been surrounded by people who genuinely care about their wellbeing and happiness. Thank you for believing in her, inspiring her to do her best, and creating so many happy memories that she will carry with her into the next stage of her education.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for everything you have done—not just for xxx, but for xxx & every other child whose lives you touch. Your work makes an immeasurable difference, and we are so incredibly grateful.

We wish you all continued happiness, good health, and success, and hope you know how deeply appreciated you are. Enjoy a well deserved summer break.

June 2026 

Fab photos! Just wanted to thank you all for taking time away from your own families to take our children to their residential.  We'd had lots of tears and worry during the run-up to the trip, but she had the best time away and sounded like she loved every minute.

February 2026:

Good Afternoon :) We've been so pleased with how settled she has been and how she always comes home happy from school. We're very proud of her and how far she's come this year and thankful to yourself and Xxx for all the work you've put in and support you've given Xxx to get her to where she is now. She’s been writing stories at home all last weekend and reading them to us so I imagine achieving that in school has really helped her confidence! It's lovely to hear that she managed that in class :) Thank you for for all the effort you put in for Xxx.

 

Xxx's confidence has hugely improved since Christmas. She loved all the work on the rainforest and we loved seeing her passion at home.  I’m so thrilled.  Thank you so much for yours and Xxx continued support.

December 2025 

The production was amazing, the children had so much fun.

We just wanted to write to say what a wonderful time the boys had yesterday at the Polar Express day. They couldn’t stop talking about it all evening, even once they were in bed. I really appreciate how much time and effort must have gone into organising something like this for them, so I just wanted to say thank you to everyone involved.

 

Having heard from other parents, they felt exactly the same. It was clear the children had the most amazing day.

As we come to the end of another term, I just wanted to say thank you all for the fantastic work and dedication you all show each and every day.

 

Friday was truly lovely. Both the performance and singing were heart-warming, and yes there were a few happy tears. The boys really enjoyed the Christmas fayre, and I was especially touched to see how patient and kind some of the older pupils were with both boys. It genuinely warmed my heart.

 

It’s clear that such wonderful values are being nurtured within the school. Thank you again for everything you do.

November 2025

I felt the general atmosphere around the school was really positive, and we immediately felt at ease – sometimes I have been to schools and never even met the head, and certainly not all teachers join in activities in the positive way that you all did.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to you and all your team at St Andrews. We thank our lucky stars that *** got placed in your school. You show her such fantastic support, and I don't think we'd be anywhere near this progress with her if we were anywhere else. How she's come on these last few weeks is testament to all of your hard work, kindness and compassion. It shows how much she trusts you all and the smile that is now on her face. It's absolutely fantastic and credit to you all.

Thank you for giving me the best start in life. 

Thank you for the love and support you show to our son. He loves Stanley school.

My son was a tiny, slightly feral tot when he arrived, and he is now leaving a wonderful, polite, sweet, not so tiny boy ready for secondary school. Thank you for teaching him, helping him, nurturing him and contributing to the amazing person he is today. 
 

I will always remember sitting in the spinney chair and excitedly choosing new books. 

Thank you for being the wonderful, kind and supportive human that you are. My family and I will never forget you. Please reach out anytime as we still wish to support Stanley St Andrew's school.  

We just wanted to say a big thank you to you all. I don't know how 3 years have gone by so quickly. It's been so special to see how *** has grown over the years and we wanted to thank you all for your time, patience, hard work and support which has played a huge part in her development.
