Cricket session - fielding, bowling and batting.​​​​​​​

Many skills covered, through tennis, javelin and skipping.

Spring 4

Week 6 - circuit training and lots more

Week 5 - choosing a range of punches

Week 3 and 4 - Going through a number of different punches and looking at body positioning.

Week 2 - working through punches 1,2,3 and 4

Week One - Looking at footwork, positioning of arms and body and balance.

Spring 3 - Boxercise

 

Boxercise is a form of exercise that is based on the training methods used by boxers. It is a fun, challenging and safe workout which is great for stress busting, accessible to all ages and fitness levels. 

 

Festive Sports = Festive Fun

Tennis again tonight the children loved it last week and a Javelin throwing competition.

Activities to keep us moving tonight. The children decided on Tennis and Netball.

First session - many activities to keep us warm in the colder weather.

Sports Club

Sports Club is a time to relax and unwind through exercise.  Each week sports club covers a variety of sports . The children are given the opportunity to choose a range of sports to play and lead, inside or out depending on the weather.
