They made coleslaw from scratch - grating cabbage, carrot and Apple mixing it with lemon juice, whole grain mustard and vegan mayonnaise.
They also made gorgeous hummus blending chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic and paprika and olive oil.
Then they made their own pesto sauce using fresh basil, pine nuts and olive oil, and mixed this with cooked pasta and vegan cheese.
They enjoyed their dinner with carrot sticks, cucumber sticks and breadstick
