200g caster sugar
115g butter or margarine, melted
30g cocoa powder
1/2 a teaspoon of vanilla extract
115g plain flour
pinch baking powder
1. Heat the oven to 180c or gas mark 4.
2. Mix the ingredients in the above order.
3. Pour mixture into a greased tin.
4. Cook for 15 minutes.
5. Allow to cool in tin before slicing and serving.
